For developers, when the market it good, things are great. But when the market is bad, it can be very bad for developers.
In 2007/2008, being straight up with you, we got our clocks cleaned. We didn't go bankrupt, like a lot of land developers did, but we certainly received some expensive education!

But by the time we completed the project, the project had lost a substantial amount of value and therefore, that's where we took our hit.
