Why own a car like this?
This is the first sports car I ever owned back in 2006 when I was 28 years old.
I didn’t actually buy the car, I got it from a guy that owed me money.
I decided not to sell it right away because it fed me.
What?
… because it feeds my ego… made me feel like I was in the spotlight, special… it went well with the “snot-nosed-punk kid” outlook I had back then… it was an image.
I’ve been humbled many times over again… thank goodness.
Own luxury “stuff” like this for the right reasons… because you can afford it, you appreciate the beauty, you enjoy how they drive, etc…
NOT because they are a part of your identity.
You are amazing with or with this “stuff”!
Full disclosure – I’m considering buying another luxury sports car right now, however, this time I’ll drive it for the right reasons and I recently moved to AZ where it’s always sunny!
My challenge is, make sure the decisions you make are for the right reasons!

Do you ever struggle with chasing “shiny objects”?

If you do, you are not alone. I think most people do at one point or another. I know I struggle with it here and there.

I quickly try to pull myself back into my lane and stay in my flow.

I have watched this tendency cause numerous people to not really get where they want to go.

Don’t expect results over night. Be consistent and it will pay off!

I came up with PIF recently as I did some deep work related to my Why!
For those of you that don’t know what I mean by “Why”, go check out some of Simon Sinek’s work.
Purpose – we all need to figure out our individual Purpose. Your Purpose, not anyone else’s.
Impact – once you start truly living within your Purpose, it will lead to Impact.
Fulfillment – everyone is searching for Fulfillment even if they don’t know it. Impact leads to Fulfillment. I absolutely believe Fulfillment is not possible unless you are making a Positive Impact.
VestRight is a part of my Purpose.
I have almost 20 years of experience in a niche that very few know anything about. It’s a niche that I truly believe is one of the only true “Blue Ocean” opportunities left in real estate.
I don’t know of anyone else teaching what I am. To be able to have a positive impact on others through my knowledge and teaching is extremely Fulfilling.

I was hosting our Deal Maker Mastermind today from Maui and the wifi ended up not working well for zoom – ugh, so frustrating.

I ended up just using my cell phone propped up with a book, lol… what a makeshift setup.

Guess what though, I was committed to showing up and that’s exactly what I did!

Showing up is key to accomplishing anything and everything you so desire!!!
