Becoming a Land Acquisition Specialist – Knowing How To Assess Land
One of the overall goals of our coaching program, Land Deals Revealed, is to teach folks how to become Land Acquisition Specialists. Underneath that goal are many sub-goals. We discussed one of them in a previous video. Today I want to talk about the need to know how to assess a piece of property.
A major component of our course is giving people the ability to be able to take a random piece of property and figure out what can and can’t be done with it.
Obviously, having the knowledge to be able to properly assess the development potential of a piece of property is vital to the Land Acquisition Specialist. And guess what? We teach you all of this in our course!
Obviously, the list of things that the Land Acquisition Specialist needs to know is long, and we can cover all of them here. But here are few off the top of my head:
• Zoning – What types of zoning might you run into? What codes come into play?
• City and County Limits – How does location factor in?
• Annexation – What is it? How does it work? When is it necessary?
• Topography – How does this affect development potential? How to work with it?
• Environmental Constraints – How to deal with creeks, wetlands, buffers, etc.?
• Utilities – What should you look for? What challenges might arise and how to work around them?
We’ve been at this for around 2 decades. And we’ve taken all of our knowledge and poured it into our course. There’s no other course that will teach you everything you need to know to become a Land Acquisition Specialist. There just isn’t’.
Are you ready to start putting your own land deals together? We can teach you how! The best place to start is by watching our presentation video here: https://shrtlnk.co/KuwiM
